Yeh they are just making a buck. Its the folks that keep sending them and then bitching about cost that are the tools. Reckon it really costs someone 4.99 a minute to talk dirty to you on the phone?

Don't know, I have never called one of those, never had the need to. Besides, if I can't have what I am talking to, I don't want it.

Most companies have the unlimited text/pic messaging anyway. Mine has that and unlimited internet access, not pricey at all.

I am a former Computer Teacher and must admit to never sending a text message. Too much trouble.

I text more than I call.
If I need to tell my sister in NC something quick, it's a fast text, message received, no need to try to make idle chit chat on a phone call. Just to the point.
